Your Impact

You support the effective use of Scrum in line with the Scrum Guide within an agile IT project environment.

You guide the Scrum team in building self-organization, transparent collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You facilitate Scrum events in a structured way and ensure productive, focused meetings within the defined timeboxes.

You help make impediments visible and actively contribute to resolving them.

You support the Product Owner with backlog structuring and prioritization.

You contribute to establishing an open feedback and learning culture within the team.

You continuously develop your role and expand your coaching capabilities within the project context.
Your Skills
-
Initial hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable agile role.
-
Solid understanding of Scrum fundamentals and a strong interest in using them effectively in practice.
-
Enjoyment in supporting teams and actively shaping collaboration.
-
Confidence in designing, facilitating, visualizing, and documenting meetings, workshops, and Scrum events.
-
Experience working with common project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and digital whiteboard tools.
-
Openness to feedback and a willingness to continuously develop and grow.
-
Initial exposure to projects in the public sector is an advantage.

Certifications such as PSM I, CSM, or comparable agile qualifications are a plus.

You are fluent in both German and English.

Salary development
At Gofore, fair, transparent, and respectful compensation is a core part of our culture. Your annual gross salary is determined not only by your experience and skills but also by the value you contribute to our shared success. For this position, your potential full-time salary is outlined as follows. The exact classification will be defined in a fair and transparent dialogue with you:

Germany: The salary range for the fixed annual gross salary is €44,400 to €54,000.
In addition to the fixed salary, you participate in Gofore’s financial success through our Flex Model. At 100% target achievement, you receive a bonus of 8% of your fixed salary – with above-average performance, up to 12% is possible.
This means that at 100% target achievement, the total salary range for this position shifts to:

Germany: €47,950 – €58,320
