We are looking for a new Match Making Strategist to join the best Match Making team in Finland.
Our team is responsible for matching people and projects in a scale, speed and quality never seen before in Finland. Most of the work is done on an individual basis, but the team is supportive and eager to share the load. Our routines consist of Start of the Week, short Dailies for problem-solving, sharing, and fun, and Retrospectives for team learning (and a bit more fun).
About the role
You would be responsible for finding the right talents for Gofore customers in your portfolio. This job includes:

Opportunity hunting for new client needs of your customer portfolio. Discussions with consultants, customer leads, and sales to find new opportunities in your portfolio.
Daily work consists of finding the most fit candidates, and having match-making discussions with our people, customer leads, salespeople and people leads. Also, other Business Units and subcontracting are important stakeholders. The daily tools are our talent system Hohto and messaging system Slack. The daily work has clear basic operating principles, but also high level of freedom.
The job includes larger tasks involving lots of creativity, but also smaller high-velocity tasks that have to get done quickly in time. The job is sometimes stressful because the load has the tendency to come in bursts.

Salary Development and Recruitment Process
At Gofore, we believe in fair total compensation for work. Salary is influenced not only by experience and skills but also by two of our values: active efforts to make Gofore a good workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in all activities. In salary discussions with your supervisor, key factors include the feedback you receive, your billing rate (after all, we are consultants!), and your professional development.
Salary
Your base monthly salary will range from €4,000–€5,500, depending on your previous experience and skills. In addition to the monthly salary, a possibility to profitability based bonus compensation.
