Your Impact

You take end-to-end responsibility for the effective and context-appropriate use of agile methods within a complex IT initiative, particularly in the public sector.

You enable organizations, leaders, and teams not only to understand agile principles and values, but to embed them sustainably in their day-to-day work.

You support the introduction, further development, and scaling of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or—depending on the context—LeSS, SAFe, or comparable approaches.

You work systemically and across teams, strengthen the effectiveness of agile teams, and address structural impediments at the organizational level.

You actively support transformation processes and foster a culture of transparency, feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You facilitate demanding stakeholder formats and help create shared goals and alignment in complex, sometimes politically influenced environments.

You support leaders in their roles within agile organizations and promote modern forms of leadership and decision-making.
-
You ensure that agile ways of working are applied efficiently, pragmatically, and in a context-sensitive way—focusing on outcomes rather than dogma.
Your Skills
-
Several years of experience as an Agile Coach in complex organizational or transformation initiatives.
-
Experience in the public sector or in projects within public administration is a strong plus.
-
Deep understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks, as well as the ability to apply them pragmatically across different contexts.

Experience in supporting cultural and organizational change.
-
Several years of hands-on experience in designing, planning, and delivering coaching initiatives to introduce and further develop agile ways of working across different teams and organizational contexts.

Experience in establishing and further developing agile structures within regulated or hierarchical organizations.
-
A valid certification in Agile Coaching (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, SAFe SPC, or comparable).

Experience working with common project and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

You are fluent in both German and English.

Salary development
At Gofore, fair, transparent, and respectful compensation is a core part of our culture. Your annual gross salary is determined not only by your experience and skills but also by the value you contribute to our shared success. These are shaped together with you in regular conversations with your People Leader.
For this position, your potential full-time salary is outlined as follows. The exact classification will be defined in a fair and transparent dialogue with you:

Germany: The salary range for the fixed annual gross salary is €64,200 to €76,200.
In addition to the fixed salary, you participate in Gofore’s financial success through our Flex Model. At 100% target achievement, you receive a bonus of 8% of your fixed salary – with above-average performance, up to 12% is possible.
This means that at 100% target achievement, the total salary range for this position shifts to:

Germany: €69,336 – €82,296
