Long-lasting partnership generates comprehensive measuring data management

Finnish measuring and monitoring technology company Labkotec has been delivering cutting-edge solutions for industries and municipalities for over 50 years. Labkotec’s equipment are used in gas and pumping stations, raw material storage facilities and oil separators.

In the 21st century, Labkotec have steered their business towards a comprehensive measuring solution service. First launched in 1999, the LabkoNet platform was developed to meet the needs of Labkotec’s customers.

Especially small businesses and operators often lack the resources to perform large-scale measuring data management on their own. Labkotec’s goal was to provide a comprehensive data tracking service that enables their customers to receive up-to-date measuring information and alarms in one integrated system.

”Labkotec was a pioneer in Internet of Things (IoT) and Intelligent Industry ideologies long before these terms became mainstream. Early on, they had a clear vision on how to produce actual value for their customers with better data management,” Gofore’s Key Account Owner Heikki Malmlund says.

LabkoNet’s cloud architecture makes continuous development and scaling easy. The long partnership between Labkotec and Gofore has deepened and expanded to a strategic level over the years.
