The German digitalisation expert and software company eMundo GmbH, part of Gofore Group, has been rated the best employer in Munich 2023. eMundo was rated superior among small and mid-size companies in Germany’s leading workplace insight platform Kununu. The company’s overall Kununu score was as high as 4,92/5.
All reviews on the Kununu platform are given by company’s current and previous employees. The rating was made among small and mid-size companies headquartered in Munich and who have a maximum of 250 employees. eMundo is Gofore’s subsidiary and part of the company since November 2022, currently employing over 100 digitalisation experts in the DACH area.
In the Kununu ranking, eMundo scored highest in categories of working environment, diversity and company culture. The staff appreciates eMundo’s flexibility, communality and modern culture. According to one 5-star rating in Kununu, eMundo offers „a working environment full of trust, exciting projects and possibilities to individual development“. The employee satisfaction of eMundo’s company culture is over 26 % above IT sector average. In addition, 96 % of the personnel are satisfied or very satisfied with their salary and other employee benefits.

This is not the first time eMundo is recognised as a great workplace. According to a survey conducted in October 2022, the company is one of the best workplaces for women in the IT sector. eMundo was among the top 5 of small and mid-size companies with a score as high as 4/5. The survey was made by Brigitte Academy, owned by women’s magazine Brigitte, in cooperation with Territory Embrace specialised in employer branding and recruiting.
In 2020, eMundo was rated Germany’s family friendliest workplace in the IT sector according to a survey conducted by Kununu and women‘s magazine Freundin.
The share of women at the company is currently 18%. eMundo promotes women and supports their career with mentoring and leadership training.
