We are now looking for Senior Change Management Consultants who are driven, resilient, socially skilled, open-minded, inspiring, and practical, as well as professional and experienced change makers. As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in our clients’ significant and diverse projects. Examples of our clients and projects include: Vaisala, Outokumpu and Business Finland
What we expect from you
- Ability to understand organizational dynamics and readiness to handle operational change management tasks
- Excellent social, communication, and teamwork skills
- A flexible work approach and ability to adapt to varying situations
- Experience in project work and planning and implementing changes as part of a change, project, or agile development team or as a change project leader
- Experience in consulting and customer work, with a preference for experience in international organizations and public sector projects
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Finnish and English
Thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills, you get along well with clients, stakeholders related to assignments, and other Gofore consultants. Your work style is independent, effective, and customer service-oriented. You understand that delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations are central to your work. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain control, and work determinedly towards solutions. Additionally, you are passionate about your work. We consider project management experience and a higher education degree an advantage.

Your salary depends not only on your experience and skills but also on two of our values: active efforts to ensure Gofore is a good workplace for all and considering the customer perspective in everything we do. As a senior consultant, your monthly salary will range from €5,000 to €6,200. Additionally, Gofore offers various bonuses based on company success, such as recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s recognition.
