We are now looking for experienced change management professionals—senior consultants—who want to be part of creating significant success stories in change. We are seeking a senior consultant with strong experience in leading change in various contexts—such as organizational and cultural transformations, technology and process renewals, or implementing strategic changes. We also expect the ability to lead demanding client projects and enthusiasm for developing change management services further.

Who is this role for?
We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and socially skilled expert who operates naturally in challenging client situations and can independently manage entire project entities.
As a senior consultant, you will act both as a trusted partner to the client and as a sparring partner for the team—and you will also actively participate in sales and service development.

What we expect from you:

  • 5–10 years of experience in leading change in large programs or projects—from planning to systematic implementation of change actions

  • Proven ability to independently manage large project entities and teams

  • Experience in several of Gofore’s sectors, such as finance, retail, or industry

  • Experience with different types of organizations, including international ones

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and lead project teams

  • Capability to solve challenging client situations independently and manage your own work effectively, even under pressure

  • Understanding of organizational development needs, especially in leveraging AI, and ideas on how to navigate the AI transformation

  • Active approach to sales: contributing to proposals, reaching out to your network, and seeking additional sales opportunities

  • Customer-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to client project needs, including location and ways of working

  • Willingness to share knowledge and ask for sparring—you are part of a team that learns together

  • A higher education degree

  • Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English

  • Line management experience is an advantage in this role

Salary development
At Gofore, it is important to us that work is compensated fairly. Salary depends not only on experience and skills but also on two of our values: active efforts to make Gofore a great workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in everything we do. In salary discussions with your manager, key factors include feedback received, billing rate (we are consultants, after all!), and your professional development.

As a senior consultant in change management, your base monthly salary will be approximately €4,800–€5,400, plus a bonus based on your monthly billing rate. We also offer additional bonuses tied to company success, which may relate to recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s brand awareness.
