Gofore acquires DACH-based digitalisation company Esentri AG

Gofore has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of the German digital transformation consulting company Esentri AG. Esentri is a growing IT consulting firm specialising in business-driven digital transformation. Its main customer sectors are finance and insurance services, manufacturing industry, and public administration. The company currently employs 110 experts and has customers in Germany, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.
Saara Ukkonen appointed as Gofore's CFO

Gofore has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Saara Ukkonen, who transitions to us from Witted. Our current CFO Teppo Talvinko will be working in the IR team until the release of the 2025 Financial Statements. Read more on the release!
