We are now seeking experienced ERP Architects to join our team in designing and building systems that support our clients’ core business processes (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES, PLM). Our clients’ projects are significant, diverse, and long-term, offering you the opportunity to apply your expertise broadly.
About the role
As an ERP Architect at Gofore, you will play a crucial role in the digitalization of business processes. You will design and lead development efforts, ensure smooth integration of systems, and drive strategic solutions forward. Your role is especially critical in the initial phases of ERP transformations, where you will conduct assessments and create plans, as well as in the integration design of implementation projects.
What We Expect from You

At least five years of solid experience in ERP architectures and their implementation—you have designed, built, and/or developed ERP systems comprehensively and understand how they integrate with other organizational systems and processes.

Deep insight into ERP technologies such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics—you are proficient not only in the technical structure of systems but also in business applications, configuration principles, best practices, and can assess how systems effectively serve various business processes.

Your architectural experience enables you to comprehend extensive ERP technology landscapes and to plan and guide their implementation. You have played a key role in solving complex technical and functional challenges in multi-stakeholder environments.

Ability to structure and challenge the development of overall business processes—you have experience in reviewing organizational processes together with business units and have been able to identify areas for improvement and guide technological solutions to support business objectives.

Proven track record in change management and supporting organizations through technological transitions—you have been involved in system renewals or ERP transformations, where you have supported organizational staff, communicated changes, and promoted commitment to new operating models.

Experience with both general and industry-specific ERP processes and solutions, for example, in manufacturing, telecommunications, or public administration. You understand how processes are constructed and where their specific characteristics are emphasized.

Familiarity with key ERP-related systems such as CRM, MES, or PLM and their role as part of a broader enterprise architecture.

Excellent interaction and collaboration skills—you can work with various stakeholders, communicate clearly about technical and non-technical matters, and lead teams and projects with a goal-oriented approach.

Salary Development and Recruitment Process
At Gofore, we believe in fair total compensation for work. Salary is influenced not only by experience and skills but also by two of our values: active efforts to make Gofore a good workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in all activities. In salary discussions with your supervisor, key factors include the feedback you receive, your billing rate (after all, we are consultants!), and your professional development.
As an architect, your base monthly salary is approximately €5,000–€6,000, in addition to which you receive a bonus based on your monthly billing rate. We also have separate bonuses related to the company’s success, which may be linked to, for example, recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s visibility.
