Our growing Low Code team is looking for a Lead Expert!

You will work on diverse projects with our experienced software developers, in the team, you can also collaborate with software architects, cloud experts, designers, and project managers. In the projects, you will work and learn new things with modern technologies. You can build your own career path according to your interests. What we expect from you
As a Lead Expert, you will act as a senior specialist, contribute to sales activities, and lead your team by example. You support sales by helping to create proposals and sales materials, and by facilitating workshops for clients. You are curious about new trends in the field and eager to share your expertise with both your team and customers.
We hope you are a skilled Power Platform professional with consulting experience in Low Code solutions within customer projects. In addition, we expect you to have a self-directed working style and a proactive attitude toward client work. You should also have several years of hands-on experience with the Power Platform environment.
Required skills and qualifications

Strong expertise in Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365)

Experience in supporting sales

A customer-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to project-specific needs, including working methods and location

Good command of Finnish and English (fluent Finnish is required for most customer projects)

Salary
At Gofore, we value fair compensation. Your salary will reflect your experience and skills while aligning with our commitment to being a great workplace and ensuring client-centricity. Typical salaries for this role range from 5000-6500€ per month + 1000€ Flex bonus based on company’s growth and profitability, with further opportunities for performance-based incentives.
