We are looking for experienced Product Coaches to join our client projects
As a Product Coach, you will act as a mentor and advisor to both development teams and key stakeholders who influence the team. You will support the customer in creating a product vision and strategy, prioritizing development efforts, and implementing the strategy using models such as OKRs as a leadership tool. You’ll help set clear and achievable goals and guide the team and organization through change, fostering resilience.
Your work will draw on your understanding of business dynamics and market behavior, as well as your experience with customer insight and development methodologies. You will promote effective collaboration and teamwork, inspiring and motivating others along the way.

What we expect from you
To succeed in this role, it helps if you have experience in a product management role—from vision creation to solution validation and delivery. This includes market and user research, building business cases, and experimentation-driven development.
You’ve successfully delivered products into production and understand continuous delivery practices. You can use data effectively to define problems, support decision-making, and analyze product performance. A sufficient level of technical knowledge is essential to communicate effectively with the development team.
Your excellent interpersonal skills show in active listening, asking questions, and giving constructive feedback. You’re committed to continuous learning and self-development. Fluency in Finnish is needed due to the nature of our customer projects.

Salary development
At Gofore, we believe in fair and comprehensive compensation. Your salary is influenced not only by your skills and experience but also by two of our core values: active efforts to make Gofore a great workplace for everyone and a strong focus on customer value in everything you do.
Salary discussions with your supervisor will center around feedback received, your billing rate (we are consultants, after all!), and your skill development.
The typical salary range for this role is €4,000–€6,000/month, plus a bonus based on your monthly billing rate. The exact compensation level will be defined together as we get to know your background better.
