Role Summary
We are seeking experienced offensive security specialists for challenging customer projects. Your responsibilities may include, for example:

Security testing of web and mobile services

Red teaming exercises

Penetration and intrusion testing

Technical security assessment of cloud environments (Azure and AWS)

Advanced cyber threat intelligence

A combination of other security tasks depending on your expertise

Several years of experience in technical information security tasks, especially in offensive security

Understanding of various systems, environments, and best practices

Independent, proactive working style and strong professional ethics

EU citizenship and fluency in both Finnish and English
Considered an advantage

Certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, OSWA, OSEP, OSCE, CISSP)

A university degree
A security clearance may be conducted in accordance with customer requirements.
Compensation
At Gofore, it is important to us that work is fairly compensated. Your salary is influenced not only by your experience and skills, but also by two of our core values: your active contribution to making Gofore a great workplace for everyone, and your ability to consider the customer perspective in your work. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader.
Your base monthly salary will be between €4500–€6000, depending on your experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on your monthly billing. The final salary level will be defined as discussions progress and we learn more about your skills. We also offer additional bonuses tied to the company’s success, such as contributions to recruitment, sales, or brand visibility efforts.
