We are looking for experienced Performance test expert to join our growing QA community in Gofore!
At Gofore, our community of over 150 digital quality assurance experts thrives on collaboration and knowledge sharing, working on interesting customer projects. Support and professional sparring are readily available with us, and activities like our monthly Test Automation and Agile test management Guild learning sessions keep you updated on the most interesting developments in the field of Testing.

· Intelligent Industry – If you have experience or interests to work closely with physical devices and industrial digital solutions, this is for you! What we expect from you
· You are already an experienced expert with performance testing in cloud environments.
· You combine a solution-driven mindset with consultative skills to help customers in optimizing their performance testing approach
· Professional proficiency in Finnish, which is essential for customer collaboration.
· Skilled in performance testing using tools like JMeter or Locust.
· Able to design performance tests aligned with business goals and translate results into actionable insights.
· Understanding of authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, API keys) and handling of access tokens in performance testing scenarios
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
· Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
· Experience in test automation using Robot Framework or Playwright is a plus.
· Cloud experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a nice to have.
A security clearance check by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service is required in some of our projects. In case you will work in such a project, this check is required. It is always done with the applicant’s consent.
Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).
In addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
