We are looking for experienced Test Automation Developers to join our growing community!
At Gofore, our community of over 100 Test Automation Developers thrives on collaboration and knowledge sharing, working on interesting customer projects. Alongside other testing professionals, our QA community is 180 members strong. Support and professional sparring are readily available with us, and activities like our monthly Test Automation Guild learning sessions keep you updated on the most interesting developments in the field of Test Automation.
As a consultancy company, our bread and butter is in customer project work. We want to find you a project and a role that plays to your strengths but also levels you up as a professional. Our clients can be divided into the two following sectors:
- Digital Society – Our diverse client base consisting of both private and public sector organisations (e.g. Elisa, Kone, Finnish Tax Administration, LähiTapiola) provide meaningful development projects carried out with modern technologies and affect the lives of hundreds of thousands of Finns.
- Intelligent Industry – If you have experience or interests to work closely with physical devices and industrial digital solutions, this is for you! We work on projects for moving machines, the energy sector, the manufacturing industry, telecommunications or wellness and health technology. Our customers include Valtra, AGCO, Aidon and Bosch, for example.

What we expect from you
- You are already an experienced developer with 5+ years of Test Automation Development
- Professional level of Finnish language as it is the working language in many of our customer projects.
- You are skilled with Robot Framework or a similar test automation framework.
- You program fluently, e.g. with Python or Java
- You have experience working with DevOps and CI tools, e.g. Jenkins or VSTS/Azure DevOps
- Version control e.g. Git is familiar to you
- You have already developed Test Automation libraries and keywords.
- You have experience and interest in broader testing activities, e.g. test case development
A security clearance check by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service is required in some of our projects. In case you will work in such a project, this check is required. It is always done with the applicant’s consent.
Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).
In addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
